Nursing Series - Using patient experience to improve delivery of healthcare and its outcomes

Session 4 will discuss why patient experience is important.  It will cover topics such as what are the drivers from healthcare providers/organisations, who are the important stakeholders involved, the challenges faced by nursing, how is the patient experience being captured. Our speaker will demonstrate all of this with case based examples and how these were used to do design their future methodology.
