Geriatric series – Types of screening tools

The session will focus on the screening tools applied for the assessment of older patients in the clinical practice in Cambridge. These are important for the early recognition of syndromes such as frailty and cognitive impairment, in order to inform healthcare teams on additional measures to prevent complications.
