I am a Consultant Haematologist at Kings College Hospital NHS Trust, London with a special interest in myeloid disorders and bone marrow failure, including their treatments such as stem cell transplantation and other novel/cellular therapies. I am actively involved in academia, being an examiner for medical students, training junior haematology trainees, contributing articles to peer reviewed journals and chapters to national textbooks, to also being a patient advocate on the Aplastic anemia patient forum/ society. I lead a translational group in laboratory medicine that explores telomere biology in uncharacterized BMF and developing novel assays of telomeric functional assessment.
